## Reporting a bug

Puzzle generation is deterministic, which means almost any bug can be reproduced exactly if you include enough to rebuild the puzzle. The most useful report contains:

-   What you expected and what happened instead.
-   The puzzle type, and the trim size and page count if it is an export or cover problem.
-   Your browser and operating system.
-   If a book is involved, the exported project file — it contains the recipe, not the finished pages, so it is small.

## Licence and billing

Purchases are handled by Polar, who send the licence key by email. If a key has not arrived, check spam first, then email me with the address you used — I can look it up and resend.
